International Masterclasses for Orchestral Conducting with the Berlin Sinfonietta and Maestro Kenneth Kiesler 17th-22nd May 2010 Berlin
|Since 2003 the Philharmonische Kammerorchester Berlin (PKB) organizes masterclasses for orchestral conducting in cooperation with famous maestros like Jorma Panula, Gennady Rozhdestvensky, Leif Segerstam, Otto-Werner Müller, Gustav Meier, Colin Metters, Kenneth Kiesler, Janos Fürst. Amongst other things it is the aim of our courses to give the participants the opportunity to test, adjust and improve their conducting abilities by profiting of the professional experience of the orchestra and the intervention in methodology and technique of the course instructor. The accentuation of the technical aspects of the conducting abilities is most important in our masterclasses. The PKB characterizes itself by the special engagement for education and qualification for the artistic offspring.

Conditions of the Conducting Course*
The course is open to active participants and auditors and to all levels from beginners to professionals!
The course language is ENGLISH.
We have had courses with Janos Fürst, Kenneth Kiesler, Uros Lajovic, Gustav Meier, Colin Metters, Otto-Werner Mueller, Jorma Panula, Vladimir Ponkin, Rolf Reuter, Gennady Rozhdestvensky and Leif Segerstam some of the most successful conducting teachers in the world.
