ASSISTANT CONDUCTOR – National Music Festival. Now in its second season (29 May-16 June 2012), the National Music Festival is accepting applications for Assistant Conductor to the Festival Symphony Orchestras. Under the direction of the Artistic Director, Richard Rosenberg, the Assistant Conductor(s) will serve as cover conductor and will assist as assigned in all other artistic needs. TO APPLY, please email a resume including complete name, instrument and instruments owned, date of birth, school and home addresses, e-mail address, phone number(s), education, professional experience, letters or contact numbers for three references and repertoire list. Please include a link to a posted video (i.e. Youtube) of a recent rehearsal (15-minute maximum) and performance (15-minute maximum) viewed from a close, front-view perspective. The deadline for this position is March 15, 2012.
