|Please see below an application form, a repertory list to be conducted with the orchestra as well as the specifications for the video recording. Please send the application form to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org no latter than February, 14th 2014 as a clear indication that you wish to take part on the live audition. Application forms sent after the due date will not be accepted.
The approved candidates should be present for the preliminary phase at Rio de Janeiro on March, 18th 2014. The Finals will take place on March, 19th 2014.

The audition to Assistant Conductor will have three phases.
First eliminatory phase: Resume and video analysis
A maximum of 8 (eight) candidates might be invited to participate at the live audition (2nd phase)
Second eliminatory phase: Live Audition
Each invited candidate shall be allowed a maximum of 20 (twenty) minutes to conduct all of the following works:
BEETHOVEN: Symphony No. 5 in C minor, op. 67 – First and Third movements
Third phase: Final
A maximum of three candidates might be approved for the Finals.
The final phase will be divided into two sub phases and will allow up to 40 minutes per candidate
First sub phase – Each candidate must choose and rehearse one of the following works:
Second sub phase – Each candidate must rehearse a concerto with a soloist
This work will be announced one week prior to the auditions.
