Position:  Professor of Orchestral Studies. Full-time, tenure-track position.  Responsibilities:   (Primary:) Conduct the String Orchestra and the Symphony Orchestra, actively recruit instrumentalists for the department and the orchestra program in particular, and establish professional contacts with music educators in area public schools.  Other responsibilities may include teaching courses in areas of the candidate’s expertise.
