The master class in conducting led by Peter Gülke will focus on three orchestral compositions. Seven to eight highly talented young conductors will study and rehearse these works with Peter Gülke and the Musicacosì Orchestra. The master class is open to anyone who wishes to audit as well

– This workshop is open to conductors of all levels of proficiency, from beginners to professionals

Selection of Participants |
Maestro Gülke will select 7 to 8 candidates (pre-selection) upon receipt of the registration documents. These pre-selection results will be announced by the beginning of June 2014 and the tuition (non-refundable) must be paid in full by June 20, 2014 to ensure a place in the course. There is no right of legal appeal. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the decisions.

Course fee | Course fee for active participants is EUR 750 (non-refundable); course fee for auditors is EUR 100
Course language | The Master Class will be given in German, and partially in English as well. It will be possible to have a translator in Italian and Spanish.
Travel | Travel costs must be covered by each participant.
Accommodation | Accommodation costs must be covered by each participant.
Meals | All meals must be paid by each participant.
Scores | Each participant must procure his/her own scores.
The participation in the final concert will be decided upon by the Maestro.
After the course each participant whether active or auditor will receive a participation certificate signed by the Maestro.
Course Fee Reduction |(Only valid for active participation) Particularly talented students who are in need may be granted a reduction of the course fee. In such cases the following document is to be sent with the application form at the latest by 20th May:
-Application with details of the financial situation of the participant.
As only a limited number of scholarships are available, only complete applications will be taken into consideration in the order in which
they are received. There is no legal claim to a reduction of the course fee.
