Springfield Symphony/SDCO Conducting Workshop

Hosted by the Springfield (MO) Symphony Orchestra, Springfield-Drury Civic Orchestra, and Drury University, this workshop will provide aspiring conductors the opportunity to work with a professional chamber ensemble of Springfield Symphony musicians in a nurturing environment.  Led by Kyle Wiley Pickett (Music Director/Conductor, Springfield (MO) Symphony and Topeka (KS) Symphony) and Christopher Koch (Music Director, Springfield Regional Opera and Springfield-DruryCivic Orchestra), the workshop will offer each participant 30-35 minutes of podium time as well as a preparatory session with the workshop clinicians.

Workshop tuition is $350, payable upon acceptance.
