Through our ‘Nelson Fusion Project’ we work with a wide variety of talented Nelson artists and groups to create unique collaborative concert programming. We encourage member creative endeavors (solo & ensemble performance, music composing, arranging, etc.), provide community outreach through our ‘Wandering Minstrels’, a traveling troupe of NCCO musicians, and we administer and provide instruments and scholarships for our youth ‘Music Magic’ String Education Program in Nelson County schools. NCCO is a volunteer nonprofit organization supported by member fees, community donations, sponsorships and grants.
