Details & Schedule of Activities

This workshop, instructed by UNT’s Director of Orchestral Studies, David Itkin, is newly offered for music educators looking to sharpen their conducting technique and communication skills. During five conducting sessions, participants will be instructed in conducting technique, interpretation, and ensemble communication.

Participants will receive a minimum of sixty minutes individual podium time, conducting the UNT Conductors quintet.

Working music educators will be accepted on a first come/first served basis.

Cost: $475 for active participants, $100 for auditors.
